Can be used by teachers in mainstream classrooms, Montessori and Steiner schools as well as in homeschooling.

Each card features a positive thought, sometimes concrete, sometimes more symbolic. I invite you to draw a card at random whenever you feel the need or simply when you wish. Let the card resonate within you. Allow images and feelings to unfold. You might also choose to draw a card in the morning, set yourself the goal of living your day in alignment with the message on the card, and reflect on your experience in the evening.
